Bryony Fripp Illustration is the data controller and I am responsible for your personal data.
This privacy notice provides you with details of how I collect and process your personal data through your use of this site including any information you may provide through this site when you purchase a product or service, sign up to my newsletter or take part in a competition.

Sensitive data: I do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. I do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
Where I am required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between me and you do not provide me with that data when requested, I may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide me with the requested data, I may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if I do, I will notify you at the time.
Personal info obtained from other sources: If you sign up to my mailing list you will use a Third Party. This third party is Mailchimp. Your name and email address is stored on their servers. Using Mailchimp reports on email I can see statistics on how emails are opened, and what has been clicked on using industry standard technologies. To see how Mailchimp handle your data please read their privacy policy. I will not use the information you submit to be used for the mailing list for any other reason than to send emails about new products, to send emails containing discount codes that can be used on the website.
When you make a purchase on the website I obtain limited information about your payment card from my payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, the payment processor on this website is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripes privacy policy.
How I collect your personal data: I collect data about you through a variety of different methods including:

Service providers. My third parites are Mailchimp, Stripe, and Squarespace. When you sign up to the mailing list my service providers perform services on my behalf. For example, I may use third parties to help send marketing and other communications on my behalf or assist with data storage. Stripe is used to take payments and Squarespace hosts this website.
Process payments. I transmit your personal information via an encrypted connection to my payment processor which is Stripe.
Following the law or protecting rights and interests. I disclose your personal information if I determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect my or others’ rights, property or interests (such as enforcing my Terms of Service) or prevent fraud or abuse of Bryony Fripp Illustration. In particular, I may disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, such as to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
If I want to use your information in any other way you will be asked beforehand.
I do not sell or give your information to any third parties.
Marketing communications: You will receive marketing communications from me if you have:
